its not like i dont think the LRA are right in what they are doing. i think its completely disgusting and are poor excuses for human beings, but i hear what everyone is saying about not trusting this new video going around.
i know everyone wants to join the first minute they hear about it; thinking ‘oh its such a great cause’. i admit it, i even shared the video and liked their fb page and signed the thing on their website, and not quickly enough. but i also think that its the new ‘thing’. it makes people feel good that they think they are helping to raise awareness. (but i also think alot are also just doing it because everyone else is and they want to do it too because its ‘cool’ or whatever- but im not going to get into THAT argument right now). tbh i like the ‘principle’ that everyone is joining together to create ‘peace’. we are a community. it creates a feeling of contentment. but i think people are just joining for the ‘principle’ and not the actual ‘cause’.
dont get me wrong, i think its great that the people involved with the organisation and making the video want to make a change - its more than most of us are doing and its quite admirable that they have put in so much effort and time to help these people (even if they are getting a profit from it too!!) but i just think its not really going to stop anything by killing him - and who knows; it might just make things a whole lot worse…
love <3 this guy…
